Estepona to face Malaga in Copa del Rey playoff

Estepona will face Malaga CF for the first matchup of the Copa del Rey. This is a repeat of the cup matchup of last season.

This time, the single-leg tie is scheduled for late October, between October 28 and 30, at the Francisco Muñoz Perez stadium in Estepona—though recent updates indicate it will actually take place at the Estadio Municipal de La Linea de la Concepcion due to ongoing turf renovations at the home venue.

Both clubs have official channels through which fans can purchase tickets. Malaga CF fans can purchase tickets for the away section on the club’s official website.malagacf.com) and at La Rosaleda ticket offices, exclusively for season ticket holders and Malaguista card holders initially, with a limit of two tickets per purchase at a discounted price of €20 each.

General public tickets for other sections, such as Tribuna (€30) and Fondo Sur (€15), can be purchased online through platforms like compralaentrada.com Season ticket holders in Estepona will receive a reduced rate. Children’s tickets (ages 0-4) are available for €5 in select zones. Estepona Club members may only buy tickets at their stadium, while the general public can purchase online closer to matchday.

As well, Estepona is offering bus transportation from the Muñoz Perez stadium to La Linea for €6 round-trip, bookable at their offices until October 29. Estepona defeated Malaga by a score of 3-2 after extra time in their last match, even though the team from the higher division fielded a strong side.
