You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Costa Spain News, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected to:

10. Termination

Costa Spain News reserves the right to terminate or suspend any advertisement or advertising agreement if we determine, in our sole discretion, that:

• The Advertiser has violated these Terms and Conditions.
• The advertisement content is harmful, offensive, or contrary to our values or policies.
• Payment is not made on time.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
