Cuban music, dance and cuisine will fill the Plaza Picasso in Torremolinos this month as the Little Cuba Food and Culture Festival, (Festival Gastro-Cultural “La Pequeña Cuba”) returns with a new date and schedule.

The original festival schedule has been changed. Now, the festival runs for four consecutive days starting on Thursday, July 9, and ending on Sunday, July 12, according to the organizers. The party will continue throughout the day with live music, dancing, animation, and DJs. Cuban rum cocktails, mojitos and piña coladas will be served with cold crisp Bucanero and Cristal beers, giving visitors a genuine taste of the island. Each evening, between 7:30pm to 8:30pm, face painting for kids will be offered for free.
Everyday Drinks Deals to Remember
All cocktails are only five euros and beers, tinto de verano, and wine are all priced at just one euro. San Miguel will be supplying the drinks for the event, which is scheduled to run over four days.
The people behind this event
Asociacion Cubanos Unidos Torremolinos, in partnership with Torremolinos Town Hall, organized the festival. They want to bring the authentic Cuban culture, traditions and flavours to the Costa del Sol so that locals and tourists can enjoy them together. The dancers will wear traditional clothing, and the street food, Caribbean rhythms, and Caribbean rhythms, all combine to bring Havana’s flavour to Andalucia.
All are welcome to this festival
All ages are welcome to attend the event, which is advertised as being suitable for families, couples and group of friends. Plaza Picasso is centrally located and easily accessible on foot or via public transport. Its extended evening hours also allow visitors to visit the venue after dinner or for an entire afternoon.
