A 28-YEAR OLD British man vanished on the southern Costa Blanca following a series gang-related crimes involving expats.
The missing fugitive who has a UK Extradition Warrant issued against him is not named, but he comes from Merseyside. He’s an associate of Bootle Gangster Sonny Redmond.
Redmond was driving his car in a car park near Orihuela, Costa at Lomas de Cabo Roig when he was shot at by 15 bullets on the 11th of December.

Redmond, according to reports, was the leader of an armed gang who extorted cannabis club owners in the Vega Baja area. The gang allegedly took control of the clubs and sucked off their profits.

Merseyside police spokesperson said the EchoThe National Crime Agency is facilitating the Merseyside Police inquiries with Spanish authorities, who are conducting the investigations. They have also offered specialist support to the family of this man.
The paper reported that the missing man comes from a ‘prominent’ Liverpool family and had been living in Spain for some time.
On December 21, the body was discovered by a Lomas de Cabo Roig resident. The British man’s body was covered in bullets.
The police had been alerted by some people that ‘something serious’ had happened to a friend in a house and officers found his bloodied body.
The authorities did not provide any further information about the man.
The Guardia Civil’s investigation was declared secret after a court suggested that rivalry in the drug trade could have led to this murder.
Last month, it was reported that Guardia was investigating suspects with British and Irish ancestry.
The two December shootings have not been officially linked.
