British-born ice skater and TV’s ‘Dancing on Ice’ winner will carry Spain’s flag at Winter Olympics opening ceremony

Spain will have two flag-bearers: Olivia Smart (born in Sheffield) and Quim Salrich (skier), both of whom are from Sheffield.
