Helicopter sightseeing tours take off in capital of Spain's Andalucía region

Locals and visitors to Seville, the capital of Spain’s Andalucía region, are being offered a brand-new experience – sightseeing helicopter flights over the city. This service was launched on September 25, and is similar to the New York tourist attraction of flying over Manhattan’s skyline in order to view its cityscape from above. Now, the regional capital of Andalucía offers its own version, managed by World Aviation Group.

You will fly above places you know, such as the Cathedral or Triana district, and the Giralda river. Before returning to the start point, the route offers views of Aljarafe as well as the Alamillo region. Seville hopes to give both residents and tourists a new perspective on the city with this initiative.

Timetable

Flight schedules are dependent on the helicopter’s availability and the number passengers. Shared flights can be arranged for smaller groups. However, private groups of up to six passengers are able coordinate their departure according to the helicopter’s available capacity. World Aviation Group will work directly with the interested parties in order to make necessary adjustments and to ensure that all passengers are able enjoy their experience.
