Fuengirola prepares the fairground to welcome back its most popular and biggest party this spring. The Costa del Sol, and even Malaga City will see crowds filling the trains and busses to experience cultures from 33 countries in one place. The programme is suitable for all age groups and entry to the event will be free.
Fuengirola 2026 international fair dates and schedule
The fair will be open continuously from 12 noon until 2 am every day, from Wednesday 29th April to Sunday 3rd May. The music in the casetas is stopped at 1.30am every night so that residents can rest. On 29 April, the first day of opening, children can enjoy attractions at half-price. A parade starts from the town hall square at 11am on Friday, May 1, and follows a route through Plaza de España, Avenida Condes de San Isidro, Avenida Matías Sáenz de Tejada, Calle Alfonso XII, and Paseo Jesús Santos Rein to the fairground. There is one quiet hour between 5pm and 6:30pm every day for people with autism spectrum disorder.
Fuengirola International Fair 2026: Participating Countries
Iceland is joining this edition for the first. Sweden and Thailand have returned to the list of 33 participants. Germany, Argentina and Australia are among the established participants. Also included in this list are Great Britain, Greece Hawaii, Ireland, Italy Japan, Mexico Paraguay Peru, Puerto Rico Romania, Senegal Thailand, Turkey, Uruguay, Venezuela. Artists such as Laura Elen, Skafeinados and Brit Pop Authority in the Caseta Australia are performing live. Crush Band and Britpop Authority in the Caseta Great Britain will also be performing. Monkey Tennis and The Killing Rockets return in the Caseta Ireland.
Experiences at Fuengirola fair casetas
Each caseta serves as a miniature cultural embassy. The Feria offers a wide variety of food, from Argentinian beef to Asian dishes and European sweets. The five-day event features live music and shows featuring traditional folk songs.
Transport and parking at Fuengirola 2026 international fair
RENFE is now operating special late services Los Boliches Station at 2.30am. 3.30am. 4.40am. Be prepared to see a lot of people as it happens every year. Bus Line 1 is extended until 2.30am from Miramar to Carvajal. Extra parking areas open at La Loma in Avenida de Andalucía and appear on Google Maps as “Aparcamiento Feria de Los Países”. A coordination centre operates from the Palacio de la Paz. The poster for this year was created by D. Darko. It features flags representing all nations, to show unity and diversity.
