Flora 2025 – the International Flower Festival – returns to Cordoba from October 13 to 23, its eighth anniversary.
Under the theme of ‘The Future’, this year’s work explores how nature can cause change.
International floral artists display their works in the courtyards of Cordoba, transforming them.

This year, competitors from Brazil and Spain have transformed five of the city patios.
Ikefrana, who won Cordoba’s May patio competition in which individuals decorate courtyards with potted plants and flowers, is featured on the latter site.

The winners will be announced at the 5th night of this 10 day festival.
Public can view the exhibits up until 23 October.
The festival also includes a programme of nearly 100 activities that visitors can get involved in – nearly all of them free of charge.
Children’s workshops, drama performances, and more.

The program of activities is designed to provide a fresh look at botany.
Some individuals were able to participate in guided tours during set-up to learn about the creative process – an initiative introduced in 2021 to offer insight into how the displays are made.
Guided tours will be available for the entire 10 day festival.
