You’ll quickly notice that people in Spain don’t eat with their hands. You can also fight With food. They respect it. They enjoy it. They are healthier than the majority of people in the world, and they do it without overthinking or dieting.

Here’s what many people overlook:
Not just Spain.
All cultures that touch the Mediterranean Sea. This lifestyle is shared by Greeks, Italians, French, Lebanese and Turkish people, as well as Moroccans.

Different languages, different traditions…
One red line links them all.
Mediterranean lifestyle

The way of life that has been around for thousands and thousands of years.
Enjoy the sunshine, fresh food, natural movements, connection and joy.
Modern science has repeatedly called this diet one of the world’s healthiest.

After studying and living this lifestyle every day for over three years. After three years of studying and living this lifestyle, I discovered something powerful.
No matter where you start, the Mediterranean lifestyle is for everyone.

Today, most people eat when they are stressed, distracted, or alone. Snacking throughout the day is common. Many people eat food that their body does not understand.

But here in Mediterranean cultures,  whether it’s Spain, Italy, Greece or the Middle Eastern coast food means something different:

It’s real.
It’s fresh.
It’s shared.
It’s slow.
It’s joyful.

Why Mediterranean food is good for you:

  1.  Meals are meals
Sitting down tells your body to properly digest. Calm eating = stable sugar levels.
  2.  Fresh, simple ingredients
Olive oil, fruits, vegetables, fish, beans and nuts. Your body thrives off of foods that it recognizes.
  3.  Lunch is the main meal
This rhythm is good for energy, digestion, and natural weight control.
  4.  The lifestyle includes pleasure
Stress increases blood sugar more quickly than any bread. Joy reduces it.
  5.  Meals can be shared
Connecting with others and talking reduces stress hormones. This is the key to long-term good health.
