Chili Pepes set to rock Louie Louie once again


Chilli Pepes is a Red Hot Chilli Peppers Tribute Band that will return to Louie Louie, the iconic venue in Los Angeles on Friday February 6 at 11pm. Fans from all over the Costa del Sol will be there to witness the return of the legendary funk-rock band.

Chili Pepes are a Granada-based band that has been rocking the audience for more than ten year with their meticulous homage of Californian legends. This talented four-piece channel the essence of RHCP’s groundbreaking sound by combining punk with funk and rock to create an irresistible rhythm that takes listeners back in time. The original group has had a lasting influence on music for four decades. They have produced chart-topping albums, and sold over 80 million records.

They’ve been doing it for 10 years and have nailed the recipe

The frontman perfectly embodies Anthony Kiedis‘ charismatic stage presence and rhythmic rap style, while the bassist nails Flea’s acrobatic slap techniques with precision and flair. Drums and guitar riffs are akin to Chad Smith’s powerful beats, while guitar riffs resonate with John Frusciante’s melodic intensity. Together, the two create a synergy which is both authentic and exhilarating. This makes every show feel as if it’s a genuine RHCP performance.

The audience will feel a powerhouse setlist featuring classics such as ‘Give It Away’, ‘Under the Bridge’, ‘Californication’, ‘Scar Tissue’, ‘Can’t Stop’, ‘By the Way’, ‘Dani California’, and ‘Otherside’.
