Brit, 25, arrested for ‘attacking girlfriend, 16, and a woman who tried to intervene’ in Mallorca


A BRITISH woman was arrested on Monday morning for allegedly assaulting her boyfriend, a 16 year old boy in Magaluf.

He is also accused of attacking a female ‘Good Samaritan’ who tried to stop him.

The couple travelled to Mallorca on Saturday to enjoy a mini-break. They plan to fly home to England by Thursday.

The victim told the Guardia Civil, that her parents didn’t know she was on vacation with her girlfriend.

Calle Martin Ros Garcia, Magaluf Punta Ballena. The incident took place at 3.50am.

Two women passing by the area noticed the man hitting his girlfriend, 16 years old, on the head.

Witnesses intervened, and one of them was also punched.

The couple left, but the women told Guardia Civil officials about what happened and pointed out their direction.

They were both found in the same hotel, Calle Torrenova. Each was interviewed separately.

The teen confirmed that she was with her boyfriend on vacation but denied that any assault had taken place.

When asked what caused the blood stains on her arm she replied that it was an old injury.

She didn’t want to report him, but she went to a hospital to get treated for a bruise.

The assaulted ‘Good Samaritan’ did make a report though ahead of Monday’s Palma hearing.
