Aldi recalls glass jars because of the risk of breaking – CSN News

Friday, February 21, 2025 at 17:05

Aldi recalled all Crofton-brand storage jars sold in its stores due to the possibility of glass breaking when the lid was closed.

The storage sets with a wooden top and EAN codes 4068706031380, and with a lid made of glass and EAN code 406870503138 have been withdrawn. Both sets are made up of three units.

The company stated that the glass container could splinter, contaminating the food stored when the lid was closed. This could cause injury.

Aldi asks customers with these containers to visit one of its stores to get a refund. For any questions, the company’s phone number is 900902 466. The e-mail is contigo@aldi.es.
