A man has been arrested in Orihuela for drug trafficking, and 400 grams cocaine.

The motorist became worried and even performed a maneuver that made it appear as if he was about to speed off. But he didn’t.

The police got his name, but the man didn’t have a driving license. He had a very good excuse.

Officers checked the Guardia Civil’s database, which confirmed that he didn’t have a passport in Spain.

The vehicle was searched and several bags of cocaine were found in the boot, along with a variety of drug paraphernalia.

This included a precision weight scale, plastic bags and tools for cutting and distributing drugs.

A man of unknown nationality was arrested and charged with offences against the public health by an Orihuela Court.

The detainee has not been identified in any other way, including if he had been released.
