Armani-branded properties: Italian fashion brand enters Marbella real estate market

Armani’s first residential developments in Spain will be in Marbella. Tennis legend renews partnership with fashion house

Nadal has returned to the group in a new role after appearing in several Emporio Armani campaign back in 2011. The Spanish legend of sports describes the plan as being a deeply personal one, given that he has always admired the brand which supported him at such an early stage in his career.

The design of these exclusive residences is centered on the promotion of wellness, sports values, and Mediterranean living. Low-density housing is said to offer exceptional privacy as well as spacious, luminous surroundings. Architecture and natural elements are balanced in a composition that balances the design.

The core brand principles are reflected in the design philosophy

The fashion house claims that the interiors will reflect Armani/Casa hallmarks such as sober elegance and meticulous quality, while also being sensitive to environmental issues. Planners have taken inspiration from Giorgio Armani, who placed emphasis on harmony, equilibrium and authenticity. They aim to create contemporary luxury which integrates serenity and healthy routines with a family focus, and a passion and dedication for fitness.

Construction deadlines for 2028.

Construction is scheduled to start in early June. Sales and deliveries will be phased out until 2028. The initial release will only include 12 residences in order to maintain strict standards and buyer experience.
