Mijas, and the surrounding area will soon have the opportunity to enjoy live music and international cuisine as well as traditional dances. II Festival Somos Uno We are one. Organised by the Asociación Cubanos Unidos, the multicultural celebration takes place on the boulevard in La Cala de Mijas from 28 to 31 May. The opening times are from 12pm until midnight every day, to maximize the enjoyment of locals and tourists. The event last year was so popular that it had everyone dancing in the streets.

Eleven nations will contribute cultural and gastronomic aspects to the festival. Argentina, the Netherlands and other nations will join Argentina in celebrating unity. The event will feature stands that sell traditional foods, drinks, and crafts. Participants exchange their cultural heritage with a spirit that promotes friendship and understanding.

The II Festival Somos Uno will feature a number of activities.

Evening and afternoon slots are reserved for live performances. Visitors are entertained by folk dances and exhibitions while the international cuisine is available to satisfy their appetites.

This gathering encourages cultural integration by promoting respect and exchange at the Costa del Sol. Music, art, and tradition unite cultures in this space for neighbours and guests.
