Rockabilly fans on the Costa del Sol are gearing up for an evening of primitive beats, infectious energy and rockabilly when the Howlin’ Ramblers perform at Louie Louie Rock Live Estepona this Friday.

Spanish five-piece band hailing from San Roque near Cadiz channels the raw spirit of blues legends and early rock ‘n’ roll pioneers through their stomping rhythms and powerful harmonica work that has captivated audiences far and wide.

The band has released a number of critically acclaimed albums, including the 2018 debut Home of the Blues and the 2020 Men With Broken Hearts. In 2022, the live album Moanin’ at Midnight will be released, as well as the latest Shake It around! The band’s commitment to authentic roots is demonstrated by their upcoming 10th anniversary remixed reissue and the acclaimed 2018 debut Home of the Blues, 2020 Men With Broken Hearts, 2022 live album Moanin’ at Midnight and latest Shake It Around!

Background and influences of the band

The group, which was formed in 2016, draws inspiration from iconic icons such as Howlin’ Wolf or Hank Williams. They also add their own rowdy andalusian twist that keeps the crowd dancing until early morning.

The band’s extensive tours in Spain, France and the UK as well as regular performances at festivals like the Rockin’ Race Jamboree, High Rockabilly and others have helped them build a loyal international fan base for their live shows that are packed with passion and precision.
