This isn’t the first incident to take place in Malaga.

An explosion in the engine of a Torremolinos hotel at the end of the month left another worker with burns.

According to sources from the fire department, the incident happened in a hot-water boiler when one steam pipe burst.

Few weeks before, another worker fell from his ladder and was injured in Malaga’s Palacia de Ferias.

After falling about five meters, he was transported to hospital.
