Almeria’s cuisine is influenced by the Mediterranean landscape. It sets the pace for the region, influences the menu, and enhances the flavour of every dish. The Macarfi guide, which was created in 2025 to become one of Spain’s most important gastronomic guides, has focused on Almeria, highlighting a number of restaurants that offer a cuisine that is as pleasing to the eye as it is to the palate.
