The magic of Christmas can once again be experience in Andalucía thanks to the opening of what many consider to be the most realistic Father Christmas house in Spain, located in the Bedmar, in the heart of the Sierra Mágina Natural Park in Jaén province.

This natural enclave, which is open until 23 December, is transformed into a little corner of North Pole every year. Thousands of families come to enjoy it. The experience runs until 23 December. Small groups of children are allowed to enter the attraction throughout the day, to create a quiet environment and to allow them to interact with the characters.

The visit lasts about two hours and begins at the front door of the house where Father Christmas and Mother Christmas greet the children. The illusion is the guide throughout the journey. Each room is decorated with Christmas music, atmospheric lighting and staging to transport the visitor to Lapland.

The toy factory is a popular area. An elf shows how toys are made, while the children participate in a workshop where they make their own toy to take home. Father Christmas’s post office is the next stop in the experience. There, visitors can learn how letters are received from all over. The children can each write their letter to Father Christmas and personally deliver it.

This tour includes a fun workshop for decorating biscuits with Mother Christmas. The workshop encourages creativity, and both young and old can participate. The activity is a great way to get everyone involved, as are the games and surprises that will be hidden throughout the tour.

The new Christmas slide is a 25 metre long slide that allows children to slide down like they are tobogganing.
