When I began my own health transformation this was the part of the process that confused me most. Not the recipes. Not the walking. The everyday choices are the supermarket and menu.

Take a stroll through the supermarket and into a nearby restaurant.
You can start your health by shopping for groceries
Take away only this one thing: Your health doesn’t start in your kitchen… it starts in your shopping basket.
When you purchase good food, it is likely that you will eat well. You will see a difference in your blood sugar, weight, energy and mind when you consume good food. Here’s how I reversed type 2 diabetes
What I always have in my shopping basket
- Vegetables: Tomatoes, peppers, spinach, courgette.
- Fruit: Oranges, berries, melon, grapes.
- Proteins: Sardines, dorada, prawns, eggs, lentils, chickpeas.
- Healthy fats Extra virgin olive oil, nuts, olives, avocado.
- Carbs: Sweet potatoes, potatoes and whole grain bread.
That’s it. It’s real food. Mediterranean food Mediterranean food.
Eating Out: Yes, You Can Stay Healthy
I eat out often and am healthy. The trick is to choose natural, fresh dishes that are easy on your system.

- Drink water
- Walking a bit extra
You do not need to be perfect. You just need to have common sense.
