On Sunday, March 30, enjoy a tranquil day of yoga in the wilderness and trekking in serenity.

The Tranquil Wilderness Yoga and Trekking invites the community explore the revitalized tropical canyons and hidden lagunas of Rio Alaminos that have been rejuvenated by the recent rains. The 10 km easy-grade trek offers yoga and meditation sessions under shaded trees in a forest with a breathtaking wild canyon. It culminates at one of the most stunning waterfalls in the region.

This valley, steeped with history, hides the remains of a Second World War SS Garrison from Franco’s era. Now overtaken by vineyards, it was featured in a Timotei hair shampoo ad that ran in the 1980s. The day begins outside Harmons Bar, Elviria. All transfers will be provided. Priced at €40 per person (or €30 with your own transport), the trip includes insurance and energy-packed snacks like almonds, cashews, dried fruit, organic slices, Indian dal, and Seana’s delicious vegan treats.

Bring lightweight gym clothing, hiking or trail footwear (standard trainers will also work) and a swimsuit if you want to take a dip in the mineral-rich lagoons.
