Join the American club in Estepona
The American Club of Estepona invites residents and visitors to its community. The club was founded originally by the American community of Estepona. It is now run by British residents and Americans, along with other nationalities.
ACE, a non-profit, charitable social club, is open every day from 1pm to 4pm at Calle San Roque 69 in Estepona’s centre. Members can enjoy a variety of activities, such as a library, bar, darts game, art session, tai-chi and line dancing. The membership includes a bar and snack menu that is affordable, so you can enjoy socializing without going over budget. Membership costs €10 for three months or €40 for one year.
ACE has hosted events such as cheese and wine evenings, American Independence Day celebrations and Grand National race days. Estepona Wellbeing Workshop
Residents of Estepona who want to start their weekend in peace and tranquility can attend a unique workshop for relaxation and well-being on Saturday, Nov. 15.
The event will be part of Ayuntamiento cultural agenda. It will be held in the Centro Cultural Padre Manuel at Calle San Fernando between 10am and 12 noon. The session introduces DoKanYo®, a method that uses archery as a tool for relaxation and focus, combining breathing and posture techniques to promote inner balance and wellbeing.
Organisers describe this activity as an experience for all, regardless of fitness levels or prior experience. Participants will be guided by a professional instructor through pranayama breathing techniques, gentle stretching and archery basics in a calm environment. The goal is to improve concentration, posture and recovery as well as reduce stress and strain.
No prior knowledge is necessary, and the method promotes awareness of body and spirit. The practice helps to regulate cortisol and tone back muscles. It supports both physical and mental health.

Estepona will host its first ever Outlet Fair in December, which promises to bring top brands and incredible bargains to town. The event is open from 10am-10pm daily, from December 5-7 at the Exhibition and Congress Palace.
You can save up to 80% on thousands of products from top brands like Tommy Hilfiger Armani Guess and Calvin Klein. Around 50 stands are set up to offer fashion, footwear and accessories, electronic products, home goods and gourmet food.
The fair was organised by Factory Marcas, in collaboration with the Estepona Municipal Council. It has a charitable focus. The Spanish Association Against Cancer will receive half of the proceeds. Councillor for Culture and Festivals, Macarena Diánez, said the event will not only support local families looking for affordable shopping options but also raise funds for a vital cause.
Entry is free for children under 14 and €2 for adults. Julia Crespo, the president of the local Cancer Association, thanked the organizers for both providing financial support and visibility to their ongoing work within the community.
Estepona hosts a Moldavian opera, Verdi’s Nabucco.
The Moldavian National Opera Theatre’s performance of Giuseppe Verdi’s Nabucco will take place at the Felipe VI Auditorium Theatre. More than 70 performers will be on stage for the performance starting at 7pm Sunday, 16th November. This includes international soloists as well as a full orchestra and chorus. The performance will be in Italian, with Spanish subtitles. This makes it more accessible for a larger audience.
This new production, presented by Leonor Gago Artist Management brings Verdi’s first major success to the Costa del Sol. Nabucco’s most famous feature is the stirring chorus Va, pensieroThe song has long been considered an anthem for hope and resistance. The dramatic story of the opera, set in Jerusalem and Babylon, 586 BC, explores themes such as power, faith and redemption.
Moldavian Opera is a cultural institution of great prestige in Eastern Europe. It’s based in Chisinau. After the collapse of USSR the company has its own chorus, orchestra, soloists and ballet. Its touring productions bring classics such Aida, Turandot, Madame ButterflyNow and then Nabucco The show has been a huge success in Europe and is acclaimed for its artistry and quality.
