What is going on at the Pablo Ruiz Picasso Cultural Center in Torremolinos during Halloween?


Torremolinos’ Pablo Ruiz Picasso Centre Cultural is being transformed into the “Haunted Centre”, for an exciting Halloween celebration filled with family-friendly activities.

The event includes a diverse programme of events, including screenings of horror movies, dance performances, workshops and a terrifying haunted corridor. It is a unique experience for people of all ages.

The Exorcist: Friday Night Scares

The Cinema Room A opens the celebrations at the Pablo Ruiz Picasso Cultural Centre The Exorcist, the classic horror film will be screened on Friday October 31 at 7pm. The room is decorated in a spooky theme to enhance the atmosphere. Registration is required via the Torremolinos Despega App or by calling 952379553.

On November 1, there will be dance performances and workshops.

On November 1, the “Haunted centre” hosts a spectacular showcase of talent. The main entrance to the cultural centre will be alive at 4pm with dance performances by Torremolinos groups including Danza Urbana. Ludoteca Laberinto is hosting a series of engaging workshops between 5pm-7pm for families. The activities include making Halloween puppets and monster cookies. The laser tag course is a great way to add a little adventure for thrill-seekers.

Storytelling for young wizards and witches

Families and children can enjoy “The Secret School of Witches”, interactive storytelling at 5.30pm November 1. This dramatised event invites children to join the magical witch school that’s only open for Halloween. Participants will encounter forgetful wizards, novice spell-mixers, and friendly spirits. Through collective decisions and active participation, the story will unfold. The session promises to end in a magical way that will capture the young minds.

Live music and a haunted hall

QuimiRock will perform at 6.30pm, bringing high-energy music to the stage. The rear of the Cultural Centre will be transformed into a haunted passageway from 6.30pm-9.30pm.
