The women appeared in a state agitation, demanding immediate medical attention.
After being told to sit, the two attacked a doctor and a nurse. Then they bit and hit security guards that intervened.
The Murcia region Union of Health Professionals, SPS, reports that one of the guards was severely bruised and bitten.
Four Cieza Policia Local Officers appeared with the Guardia Civil, with the women lash out at them.
The two were arrested on charges of assaulting a policeman and causing bodily injury.
SPS stated that this was the third incident in the same emergency centre, and two of these assaults were minor.
The Health Ministry of Murcia said that a complaint was filed regarding the incident on Tuesday, and that psychological and legal assistance had been offered to staff at the centre.
