In separate incidents, two female American tourists – one 17 years of age – were allegedly sexually abused in Valencia.
One victim, 21, said she was raped last Friday morning by a German, aged 19, she met in a nightclub.
She complained to the Policia Nacional that she had returned with the man and five of his friends to an apartment.

He had consented to sex with his girlfriend, but several of her friends entered their bedroom on their mobile phones and recorded the activity.
She asked him to stop and he did, but then he covered his mouth while he continued having sex with her in front the group.
After leaving the building, she went to a friend. Then she went to La Fe hospital and was examined.
The teenager was taken into custody and arrested.
He said that after they had finished sex, and were dressed, only one friend came in to their room for some skin cream.
The German also added that he had exchanged his social media account details with the woman before she left.
Police identified the German through his Facebook profile.
The woman has already returned to the United States.
Last Friday, a 17 year old American also accused a driver for a car service of sexual assault.
Police Nationale has arrested a 55-year-old man.
The girl was allegedly assaulted around 3am when she had booked a car that would take her to the hotel.
The driver was accused of molesting her breasts. He was bailed following a court hearing.
He had no criminal record, and he told authorities it was the teenager that touched him inappropriately in his car.
