Netflix’s Untamed The film takes you to the remote, rugged beauty of Yosemite National Park where a mysterious murder has occurred. Eric Bana – you may recognise him from Netflix’s Dirty John – plays the emotionally guarded Kyle Turner, a special agent haunted by the past and laser-focused on uncovering the truth.

The six-part show is beautifully shot with wide views that steals the show just as much as performances. Bana’s slow-burning intensity is perfect for Turner, the man with few words and deep instincts. The plot is familiar: damaged hero with secret past, increasing danger. But it’s executed with confidence.

It’s not a game that will blow you away with twists. Untamed This is a blend of breathtaking scenery, gritty criminal solving, and character driven drama. It isn’t a genre-revolution, but it does know what it’s doing.
