Tornado And Storm Warning. On Monday, an amber warning was issued for the Costa Del Sol for possible thunderstorms and tornadoes.

The Spanish weather agency AEMET warns that “the possibility of a waterspout or tornado cannot be ruled out”. A yellow weather warning is active until 6am tomorrow (18th March). Gale force 7 wind speeds could reach up to 70km/h, and thunderstorms can drop 25mm of rainfall per hour on the Costa Del Sol. The warning will be in place from 6pm today (17th) until 6am tomorrow.
