Rock’n’Roll classics are as popular today, as they were in the 1950s.
In the last thirty years, a large number of northern European groups have opted for classic American, Rockabilly Rock’n’Roll and Rhythm and Blues sounds.
Hal Peter’s Trio, The Barnshakers and other groups from Finland have been influenced by the look and sound of the 1950s. One of the most celebrated of these groups is now in Fuengirola.
Tina Bednoff & The Cocktailers perform at Hima Live, in Fuengirola, on Thursday, March 27.
This band, with its classic sound, features Tina as the vocalist. Bass, drums, piano and Buddy Guy are also part of this group. The highly recommended album, Jump, Sister, Jump, on El Toro Records, is a reference point in the Rockabilly scene.
Hima Bar has a great night lined up with a seasoned musician who is one of the best in the south United States Rock’n’Roll scene.
