Women in business conference returns to Mijas this March

The Women in Business Conference returns to Mijas in March

The event, now in its thirteenth year will take place at CIO Mijas. Entrepreneurs, founders and business owners are expected to attend from Spain and abroad. Focus is placed on practical learning, a clear strategy and meaningful connections with professionals.

The event is a long-standing tradition for women who are building businesses.

Ali Meehan founded the Costa Women conference. It has now become a staple in the calendar of women looking to grow and develop their business. Every year, speakers and attendees come from all over the world to exchange ideas and share real-world experiences.

The 2026 program will include international speakers who will cover marketing, leadership and visibility. Confidence, wellbeing, and confidence are also included. The sessions are designed to provide attendees with useful takeaways they can immediately apply in their work.

The purpose is simple: to provide inspiration and tools, as well as an open discussion on running a business.

Pre-conference networking evening

A networking icebreaker will take place in the evening on 5 March before the main conference. This informal gathering is a great way to meet fellow attendees, establish new business contacts, and get to know the speakers.

This is particularly helpful for those who are attending their first conference or coming alone. When you arrive on the conference day and already know the other attendees, it can make your experience more comfortable.

The same website has all the details and prices of the conference as well as the pre-event. booking link.

Who is the event for?

All women who are in business can attend the conference. All women who work in business are welcome, whether they’re established entrepreneurs, freelancers or remote workers. Costa Women are not the only ones who can attend. All who are interested in practical advice, new contacts, and fresh ideas are welcome.

The organizers say that the event is aimed at women who are interested in collaboration and prefer practical, clear information to theory. It offers a chance to get away from daily stress and concentrate on the long-term.
