Russian Ballet School Marbella presents The Nutcracker Suite charitable night for FUNDATUL

The Nutcracker Suite, a charity event for FUNDATUL, is presented by Russian Ballet School Marbella.


The School of Russian Ballet will bring the captivating School of Russian Ballet to the stage at 6pm on Monday, January 24, 2019. Nutcracker Suite The Teatro Ciudad de Marbella. This one-off special performance, in collaboration the Marbella City Council, was dedicated to FUNDATUL a local foundation.

Artistry meets advocacy

The School of Russian Ballet has a reputation for being committed to the Vaganova technique, and is led by the renowned Regina Zarhina. The School of Russian Ballet, located in San Pedro de Alcantara has been a shining example for excellence on the Costa del Sol. It trains dancers that often go on to receive scholarships at world-class establishments like the Royal Ballet School. Their productions are known for their technical perfection, vibrant costumes and professional-grade dance choreography.

By attending this event, guests will support FUNDATUL. This non-profit organisation was founded in 1997. Fundatul is dedicated to promoting the inclusion of disabled people in society and at work. Fundatul empowers individuals through their “Employment with Support”, “Job Placement Agency” and other programmes.

A once-in-a-lifetime experience

The performance isn’t just a regular ballet recital. It is a once-in-a life-time opportunity to see young, elite talent perform Tchaikovsky’s masterwork in an intimate setting.

The show features more than 40 dancers, a stunning set and a chance to directly contribute to Fundatul’s life-changing performances in Marbella.

The Teatro Ciudad de Marbella is located at Plaza Ramón Martínez, 3, near the heart of the Old Town. This modern, 480-seat theatre offers great sightlines and makes every guest feel part of the magic.

Tickets are priced at €25 and can be purchased online via mientrada.net. Residents are encouraged to make reservations early due to the popularity of this school and its charitable nature.
