Engel & Völkers, the luxury real estate agent, has listed Villa Bellagio, a glorious luxury estate in Marbella’s exclusive Sierra Blanca, for €70 million.

The 5,507-square metre mansion, which sits on the largest plot in the area, has a 300-metre-high cliff with sweeping views of the Mediterranean. Designed by architect Jesús del Valle, the property, also known as Villa Ricotta II, won the 2022 Macael Award for Best Design, presented by King Felipe and Queen Letizia.

The villa has 13 suites. There are four suites of 40 square metres on the ground floor, and nine suites of 50 square meters upstairs. It also boasts 16 bathrooms. On the lower floor, there is a spa, which includes a heated pool with artisanal tiles, a Finnish hammam and sauna, as well a fully-equipped fitness center, massage room and a salon for hair and nails. The entertainment spaces include a professional billiards bar and a 22-seat movie theater.

A 500-square-metre outdoor terrace features a 22 metre pool and barbecue area. There is also a 60 square-metre kitchen with service kitchen. Dining room with 14 seats and chandelier. The parking can accommodate up to 42 vehicles, 30 of which are in the underground garage.

A custom fountain, inspired by the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, and 22 columns towering around the facade, 14 Corinthian, and eight Ionic. The foyer is dominated by a grand staircase with a double curve. Villa Bellagio raises the bar in Marbella for luxury living.
