One thing gets overlooked in all of this. We will be unable to receive any visitors, family or friends. Simple enough. Many of your loved ones are either gone or have moved away. But you can! Age Concern’s “cuppa & chat” program has never been as important as it is right now. A little bit of spare time shared can mean the world to someone who may not receive visitors throughout the summer. When you are alone, the company of someone else is even more important. Share some time with someone this summer who will truly appreciate your kindness. You can also help end social isolation and loneliness.
