The Brit with a €30 feudal lord haircut set to be RICH

The Brit with a €30 feudal lord haircut set to be RICH

He returned from Ibiza, where he had a girlfriend crisis and a haircut so bad it could revive feudalism. His title was “Final Boss” of the island.

This is the short version.

The long, spectacular one? In Ibiza, there are many ways to establish yourself. Most of the time, it involves poor decisions, expensive cocktail and regrettable tattoos.

But mister Jack KayThe 26-year-old, who is from Newcastle did it by dancing, wearing a chain of gold thick enough to moor an entire yacht, and sporting a haircut straight out of a videogame. Rome Total War.

In only a week Kay went from a Durham debt collector to an international meme currency. The internet has called him the “Final Boss” of Ibiza, a term normally reserved for the video game villain at the end level. This ultimate elite boss uses heavy chains, sunglasses and swag to fight instead of swords.

How did it start?

It all started innocently. Local club Zero Six West Kay absolutely owned the dancefloor. He wore a designer black tee, and he was grinning as if he had just conquered Rome.

The caption pleaded: “Does anyone recognize this legend, because we have 2 guest lists with his name?

The video has been viewed over 25,000,000 times (and counting). So did the mythos. The legend of the FINAL BOSS was further enhanced by other partygoers who uploaded their “sightings”.

Greggs and Currys joined the fray. Memes compared Ringo Starr to Friar Tuck and a Lego Man who had just been paid. His appearance has been described as “Ibiza in the morning forcing King John to sign Magna Carta by noon.”

Romantic drama was the next plot twist. According to The SunKay’s girlfriend Alisha Cook had dumped him on the trip because she was fed up with her lads and their love priorities.

But things can change quickly. Later, she changed her mind. She reconciled with him when his celebrity status became inevitable. It’s totally understandable. How can you dump someone who is finally getting the recognition he deserves, and about to become a legend?

A €30 haircut that launched lots of memes (and lots of money)

Kay’s barber has now joined the story in Newcastle. Ali Kurbani, of B&D Barbers in Blaydon, revealed the secrets of the cut: “Medium skin fade, bit of length on top, keep the fringe sharp at the front.”

Price Tag? Just €30. How much is culture worth? UNMEASURABLE.

Kay has now signed with Celeb Agency Neon Management, been flown on a €5 million private jet, and is booked for a tour of Ibiza clubs. He hinted to his 127,000 Instagram fans (and counting) about “big announcements”, which, in influencer code, usually means merchandising, cryptocurrency or both.

The hero that we didn’t even know we needed

As PR expert Mayah Riaz told The MirrorHe will make a fortune. He has the holy trinity: he is relatable, he appeared at the right moment, and he is unintentionally funny. The internet loves him. This kind of organic hype can be cashed in, in today’s fame industry, if the actor plays it right.”

Kay appears to be happy to continue milking it. Why not? He was a young man living in the flat of his girlfriend when he arrived in Ibiza. His hair looked like someone had slapped a bowl onto his head, then trimmed around it.

He leaves the island a walking icon of haircuts, a living example that fame can be found anywhere. You just have to accept it.

It’s likely that he is the only person who has returned from Ibiza having more money than when he went.
