The body found in southern Spain could be the fugitive spouse who murdered his wife 


The local police in Spain discovered the body of an elderly man hanging from a large tree in a decomposition state. Monday

Police suspect his body may be the same as that of a man who killed a woman on 24 April in Cartaya (Huelva).

The woman may have been murdered with a hammer by the man suspected of committing the murder in Almendral.

The police are investigating to see if it is the body of the man that murdered a woman at Cartaya

His body was transferred to the Forensic anatomical institute for autopsy. 

The police believe that the man, who killed the woman was living with her when she died.

The police were notified by neighbours after they heard the screams coming from the ex-partner who found the dead body of the woman. This person was doing work at her house and was not involved in the crime. 

The woman worked at the Junta de Andalucia’s Delegation of Economy, Finance and European Funds in Huelva.
