The 45-year-old violent Romanian criminal is deported following a five-year reign in terror on the Costa del Sol.

A REPEAT criminal was expelled from the United States after causing chaos in Torre del Mar for years with aggressive behavior and car vandalism.

After a half-decade of crime sprees, a man from Romania with a criminal past was deported to Spain.

The 45-yearold man, who caused public distress through his violent behaviour was arrested and deported back to Romania after a lengthy investigation. 

The suspect, who had lived in Torre del Mar from 2021, was a man of many crimes. These included vandalism, theft, and robberies using force and intimidation.

He has been aggressive and destructive in the public, damaging cars parked on the street.

Locals expressed concern over the recent incidents and called for action on social media. 

First, the judge had to issue an official order. 

Officials discovered that after months of investigation, which began in October 2025 the individual had multiple open court cases throughout Velez-Malaga as well as Malaga city, and Barcelona.

In response to the public’s outcry, a judge took decisive steps and ordered his deportation. 

The Policia Nacional coordinated its efforts with local police and judicial authorities in order to ensure that the expulsion was lawful.

The operation was completed in February 2026 after the court approved it.
