A couple was arrested by the Policia Nacional (Zaragoza), on April 7, after their daughter, 10 months old, tested positive for both cocaine and marijuana. A baby of 10 months was taken to hospital for apathy and little response to stimuli.  When the toddler’s test for cocaine and marijuana was positive, the pediatrics section of the hospital notified the police.  …
