Storm Claudia Helps Reservoirs Recover.  The rain and storms of the past weekend have helped to replenish water in Malaga Province’s reservoirs, after a dry summer.

Storm Claudia Helps Reservoirs Recover

The level of water in the reservoirs supplying Malaga Province and Costa Del Sol Storm Claudio’s heavy rains at the weekend have boosted their confidence.  It is the first significant rise in water since May.  The water reserves are up by 4 million cubic meters, and this figure is expected to double in the next week due to runoffs.

The reservoir that supplies the majority of Costa Del Sol saw the largest increase in water level. La Concepcion’s water level is now impressively at 58.06% of its capacity.

The Embalse De Guadalhorce supplies Malaga The increase in the number of people who are now enrolled at 43.73%

La Vinuela reservoir provides water to 14 towns There are 220,000 people living in the United States. Axarquia area.  Currently the water supply is only 42,42 % of capacity.
