Spain Set To Introduce New Anti-Smoking Laws.  In Spain, a bill was approved that will introduce additional restrictions on smoking or vaping.

Spain Set To Introduce New Anti-Smoking Laws

Spain’s National Government has approved a new bill to introduce anti-smoking law.  There are still several months to go before the law is officially passed, and it could be amended.  Smoking and vaping are already prohibited inside bars, restaurants, public areas like train and bus terminals, and stadiums.

New laws ban smoking in public places and vaping Included are terraces and outdoor seating for restaurants and bars, parks with playgrounds and sports facilities, educational centres and even bus stops.

Spain Bans Single Use Vapes

Spain will soon ban all single-use vapes.

Span will also prohibit the sale of single-use vapes.  The advertising of tobacco products across all media will also be prohibited. This includes signs in bars, nightclubs, broadcast media and online media.  The new law does not include plain packaging of tobacco products, despite the support from several ministers.
