Simply Thriving – simply the best chocolate

Simply Thriving gets sticky fingers.

On Wednesday, May 7, the Simply Thriving Group met at Mijas Pueblo’s Happiness Lab to create some tasty chocolate treats.

A group of 30 attended the event and learned the art of creating the most delectable, natural chocolates. Then they decorated them using natural ingredients. The popular chocolate factory, run by Eli and Jason – masters of happiness – was crowded around the central table.

Pistachios, peanuts, almonds, and papaya, and coconut – everyone chose their own ingredients to add from a selection of around 30. Then, everyone waited outside on the terrace to see how the chocolates turned out. They enjoyed one of Mijas Pueblo’s best coffees while they awaited the result.

Val Williams created Simply Thriving to keep the community together, through friendship and fun. No one on the Costa del Sol should be alone. Alexandra Avery was a member of the group and decided to celebrate her Birthday with them.

Then it was on to La Raja, a restaurant located in the center of the Pueblo Blanco streets.

Simply Thriving is a Facebook group and can be found in the Plaza de la Constitution, in the heart of Mijas Pueblo.
