Sami James, the Costa del Sol’s own Sami James, will once again be captivating audiences with his unique sound live at Ona alanda club in Elviria Marbella on Saturday, August 23,

Sami, born in Costa del Sol to British and Argentinian parentage in 1989, began his musical journey when he was 14. He taught himself how to play the guitar. Sami was inspired by legends such as Oasis and Fleetwood Mac. He then studied at Brighton’s prestigious Music College and returned to Spain. His original sound is described as “rock without restraint and pop with soul”. He has a large following throughout Andalucia.
Sami’s solo career is on the rise, and he will soon be recording with Eliot Kennedy – a producer who has worked with Take That. Sami also performs with The Blue Sky duo and is the leader of The Rabbit Holes – a four piece band that will release a new record in 2026.
Kennedy has remixed and released his latest EP Spiritual Malady in December 2024. The lyrics are heartfelt and poignant.
Sami James will be performing his evocative and raw urban poetry at Ona Alanda Club in a celebration for one of Costa del Sol’s finest local artists.
