Roots ‘n’ Rock, Jo’ Buddy returns to the Costa del Sol

Jo’ Buddy the Finnish Rock ‘n’ Roots superstar is returning to Costa del Sol on a mini-tour from Friday, April 4 until Saturday April 12.

Jo’ Buddy’s Blues, Jumping Jive is well-known on the Helsinki, London and Malaga circuits. This year, he decided to bring his Jive to Estepona, Fuengirola, Benalmadena, and Malaga, for a Spring Break and a set that will have you tapping your feet to Rock ‘n’ Roll.

Jo’ Buddy, the complete package, is a singer, guitarist and songwriter. He’s also a troubadour. He has an individual, personal style. His laid-back music spreads joy, is timeless, earthy and spiritual, yet raw. It’s a rich and spicy Rattle ‘n’ Roll Gumbo including; Ragtime, Swing, New Orleans Rhythm & Blues, Swamp Boogie, Down Home Blues, Boogie Woogie, Jump Blues, Cajun, Zydeco, Gospel, Soul, Hillbilly, Western Swing, Rock’N’Roll, Rockabilly, Ska, Rock Steady, Surf & Garage Rock, Latin Grooves, and even echoes of Western African Rhythms and even Spanish Flamenco.

Jo’ Buddy plays Kukko at Simply Scandinavian, Avenida de los Boliches, Saturday, April 5. Ticket prices range between €15 and €18.
