Mallorquin Football fans show up to support their team! RCD Mallorca announced that the attendance at LaLiga games in Son Moix Stadium has reached a record.
The 2024/25 football season saw a total increase of 12,000 fans, including almost 20,000 season ticket holders. The average attendance for each match was 18,643 people, which represents an increase by 290 spectators and a 1.58% growth per match. Total attendance was 354,212, an increase of 3.60% from 2023/24.
RCD Mallorca was the host of some of the best attended matches. RCD Mallorca beat Sevilla FC by 20,710 fans, RCD Mallorca defeated FC Barcelona by 22,352, RCD Mallorca defeated Real Madrid with 23,239 spectators.
The beloved Son Moix stadium, home to RCD Mallorca, has been newly refurbished as well, and not only houses thrilling games, but also events that the public – and especially fans – can partake in. They’ve also added a pub and public area to the stadium near the fan stand. RCD Mallorca, the Reial Mallorca Foundation, and Integra Foundation also renewed their commitment to making football more accessible for people with cognitive and physically disabled.
