Police arrest girl on Madrid airport aircraft for stealing coat at safety management

A WOMAN was carted off a aircraft at Madrid airport after stealing a coat from a conveyor belt tray at safety management.

Passengers who had boarded an Iberia flight to Palma de Mallorca witnessed Guardia Civil officers strolling down the aisle on the lookout for the thief.

The travellers had gone by safety at round 5pm on Friday, leaving their belongings in trays, as they handed by the steel detector arch.

One of many group complained {that a} coat had ‘mysteriously disappeared’ and it was unattainable for it to have fallen off a tray or be taken in error.

The Guardia Civil reviewed the safety digicam footage and located a girl wearing a white high stealing the coat, after which calmly strolling to the boarding gate space.

The entire passengers have been on the aircraft and prepared for take-off when the captain made a tannoy announcement that the Guardia have been going to enter the cabin to attempt to establish a passenger.

Two officers handed by the seated travellers till they reached the lady who was within the CCTV pictures.

Instantly she reportedly shouted: “Look, I’ve discovered a coat on the bottom.”

She was taken off the aircraft for questioning and missed the flight.
