A PLASTIC Surgeon has been arrested by Alicante police for allegedly raping sedated patients in Murcia hospitals.
Last Thursday, an operating room was hired at Imed Virgen de la Fuensanta.
Two theatre nurses were present and reported what they saw to hospital officials.

The doctor was making strange movements toward the patient.
They recorded a video of what they thought was a sexual act.
The surgeon appeared before a Molina de Segura court and denied any sexual assault. He said that the procedure had been carried out appropriately.
Sangonera prison, in Murcia, was ordered to hold him without bail.
According to sources close to the investigation, La Verdad The newspaper reported that the surgeon had said such an accident was impossible because of the multiple layers worn by the patient.
She wore compression mesh in addition to surgical clothing during her surgery.
The plastic surgeon also questions the interpretation of the video that was recorded by two nurses.
He said the footage created an optical effect due to the ‘from behind’ angle that the video was taken from.
The patient was anesthetized during the surgery and was unaware of what happened or not.
