A RENOVATED Granada province townhouse that featured on BBC TV’s ‘Amanda & Alan’s Spanish Job’ is up for sale for an asking price of €245,000.
Rightmove UK markets the three bedroom property in Moclin – a small village located about 35 km northwest of Granada City.
Online portals report that interest in the TV show starring Amanda Holden & Alan Carr has skyrocketed.

Rightmove stated that “there have been 85,000 searches so far this season for Moclin compared to only 104 at the same time last year. This represents a more 800 times increase.”
The report added that “it’s the largest increase year-onyear we have seen in any foreign location for 2025”.
Steve Pimblett said, “We expect that the house will attract a lot attention and hopefully find the perfect buyer.”
“This is yet another example of real world events that influence how millions of people are searching for properties,” he said.
Three sets of French doors open from the patio to the reception area and dining room on the restored property’s first floor. This allows for a lot of natural lighting.
The stairs lead up to the first-floor and two arches open into the newly remodeled kitchen.
