Perrock Festival to help abandoned dogs in Fuengirola, Costa News Spain


Perrock, a rock festival to raise money for stray or abandoned dogs will be held in Fuengirola, on Sunday, 16th of February, between 11am and 8pm.

The goal is to show off some of Fuengirola’s finest Rock talents and raise lots of money for local dog shelters. Rock’n’Roll lovers will have the opportunity to enjoy both local and national Rock acts, participate in prize draws, eat and drink at the many food and beverage stalls, including vegetarian options, and take part in family-friendly activities.

On Sunday, there will be a variety of bands performing, including Deja Vu Rock Tunes and Leyenda tribute, Alokados. The Nowhere Band, a Beatles tribute, is also on the bill. And the amazing Sound Friction, which will get everyone up on their feet.

Prizes include musical instruments, tattoos and sunglasses, vouchers for shopping, accessories and more.

The entry fee is either a €1 donation to dog rescue charities or a €5 donation that includes a drink and entry into the prize draw.

All the funds raised will be used to buy dog food and blankets, for the hundreds stray dogs and abandoned animals in the region.

Perrock at Caseta Diana is showing in Fuengirola this Sunday from 11am to 6.30pm.
