Outrage in Alicante as poo is repeatedly smeared on public buildings and making streets ‘stink’ – CSN News

Excrement was smeared on the City Hall and other buildings of Alicante City Council.

The main entrance to the council headquarters was closed for 3 months because of debris that fell from the facade.

On January 21, the stench was very strong.

CITY HALL FRONT WALL ‘SMEARED

The smell of rotting excrement emanated from the doors, windows, and entrance.

On the following mornings, new incidents are reported.

Councillors of the PSOE socialist group whose office is on the City Hall ground floor next to the ‘smeared’ area described the smell as ‘unbearable’.

The poo is not only on the door, but also on the wall. It can be seen at the entrance to the Plaza Santisima Faz.

The phantom ‘spreader’ branched out to other municipal offices this week, including the Department of Social Welfare.

On Thursday morning, cleaning staff from the council were called in to remove urine and excrement outside of the building.

There has been no information released about the current state of the investigation to find the perpetrator.
