Connecting with the local community is a special and important thing to do. Age concern have just made it easier for the older community living along the Costa del Sol to socialise in Fuengirola, Mijas & Benalmadena with their new updated weekly schedule packed with gatherings, gentle fitness classes, and confidential guidance.

Fuengirola Centre: Weekly Activities

The main facility, located on Calle Iglesia 44 in Los Boliches, hosts coffee mornings every Monday and Tuesday from 11am-1pm. Drop in to enjoy hot drinks and browse shared novels while enjoying friendly conversation.

The focus of Wednesday is gentle movement, which helps attendees to maintain their mobility. Pilates follows immediately after the seated exercises. To avoid injuries, qualified instructors ensure safe movement. Due to high demand, both options have waiting lists. To attend, you must contact Ruth at +44 7966 948 642 to book.

The official start date of the Thursday afternoon bingo and games will be announced soon. Fridays are reserved for welfare advice sessions from 10am to 2pm. This allows direct guidance on personal and administrative issues.
