Morocco is the epicenter of an earthquake.

An earthquake of magnitude 5.2 on the Richter scale shook the province of Uezán, in northern Morocco, on the night of Monday, February 10. Shockwaves were felt in Gibraltar and Estepona, as well as Manilva.
The National Institute of Geophysics of Morocco (associated with the National Centre for Scientific and Technical Research) reported that the earthquake occurred at 10.48pm Spanish Time in the region of Brikcha at a depth of about 20 kilometers, approximately 140 km south of Tangier.
According to Maghreb Arab Press Agency sources, the earthquake that was felt in Andalusia did not result in any fatalities or damage to property. Many residents in Andalusia called the emergency services throughout the night to report the tremor. Some reported it all the way up to Seville. According to data from the Spanish National Geophysical Institute, there was a magnitude of 4.9.
The epicentre is located in an area with moderate seismic activity. Brikcha, which is located in the province of Ouezzane suffers from tremors quite often, but they are usually not as strong.
