A yellow weather alert for torrential downpour The Monday issue of the Weekly has been released (29th September) Between midnight and 3pm, on the Costa Del Sol.  AEMET, the Spanish weather agency, predicts 15mm of rain per hour in this warning period.  Yellow is the mildest of the warning levels.
